I grew up wanting to be a diplomat.
I loved languages and cultures, and I wanted to help people understand each other across difference. I moved from Rio de Janeiro to Montreal at thirteen and landed in Kansas for university, so connecting across difference became an everyday skill early on. It turned out to be the foundation of my career.
Two ways I work with you
Supply Chain Excellence Advisory. After 20+ years leading global supply chain operations, I help companies improve demand planning, forecasting, inventory, and process performance through analytics and practical process improvement.
People Development. I help leaders and teams build trust, communication, and capability through workshops, consulting, and coaching, guided by my IGNITE Framework.
Why both?
I spent over 20 years running global supply chain operations at HAVI (McDonald’s account), tms (Starbucks account), Krispy Kreme, Sears, and Payless. Along the way I became the person colleagues came to when they wanted to grow. I built training programs nobody asked me to build, mentored people across functions and time zones, and watched my direct reports and mentees go on to build remarkable careers. Operations and people development turned out to be the same work: helping teams perform at their best.
Beyond the consultancy
I founded Filled Cups, a Charlotte connections community built on the belief that belonging has to be designed. I’m also completing my ICF ACC credential and pursuing a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Winthrop University. It all comes back to one body of work: helping people connect with each other, within their teams, and with themselves..
What I Bring to this work
Operator credibility. I come from the operational trenches, so I think analytically, understand business context, and speak the language of the leaders I work with. When a CEO tells me her managers are underperforming, I can see how that shows up in the business results.
Global experience. I’ve worked with teams in 15 countries, including India, Poland, Germany, China, and the Philippines, and I’ve lived in Brazil, Canada, Poland, and the U.S. I’m fluent in five languages and still adding more. I know what miscommunication and cultural friction do to team performance, and what it takes to rebuild trust.
Lived experience. I built a life as an immigrant in North America, raised two children as a single mother, and built both a corporate and an entrepreneurial career. That shaped how I listen and how I recognize real resilience.
If you want someone who will tell you what you want to hear, I’m probably not your person. If you want someone who will tell you the truth, roll up her sleeves, and help you build something, let’s talk.
At the end of every engagement, my goal is the same: the people I worked with should be more capable, more connected, and more confident than when we started.

I had the extraordinary privilege of working with global teams across Poland, India, China, Germany and the UK.
Poland Planning Office Implementation
Led and orchestrated a major implementation in southern Poland. Planned, hired, and trained a team of 43 (managers and planners)
India SPEED program
Designed and carried onboarding supply chain planning training program for college graduate hires.
China Manufacturing
Improved communication process for capacity planning between Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Seattle offices.
