Most leadership challenges aren’t strategy problems—they’re people problems. Miscommunication, lack of trust, cultural friction, and underdeveloped managers quietly erode performance every day.

I bring 20 years of experience leading global teams across supply chain planning and strategic partnerships for Fortune 500 organizations including McDonald’s, Starbucks, Krispy Kreme, and Sears—operating in complex, high-pressure environments where leadership quality directly impacts results.

Those experiences taught me the most important lessons of my career:

  • Process matters, but people matter more.

  • The most talented teams underperform without trust and communication. And the biggest opportunities get missed when cultural differences become barriers instead of bridges.

That's why I've dedicated my work to developing the skills that truly move organizations forward—people skills, cultural intelligence, feedback fluency, and the courage to lead authentically in complex environments.

My coaching and workshops draw from real-world leadership experience, cross-cultural understanding, and behavioral science principles; bringing together data-driven insight and human-centered development to help leaders grow with clarity and purpose.

Beyond my corporate work, I founded Filled Cups, a separate initiative focused on solving the loneliness epidemic through in-person connection events and personal growth content. While distinct from my leadership coaching practice, it reflects the same core belief: when people feel connected—to themselves, to each other, and to their purpose—extraordinary things become possible.
