I design and deliver custom leadership programs, mentoring frameworks, and training curricula built around your organizational reality, not an off-the-shelf template. Engagements include manager effectiveness programs, new leader onboarding, high-potential development tracks, and women's leadership pipelines.
This is the work I've done my entire career, long before it was my job title.

Service 3: Fractional People Development Partner
For growing organizations that need senior-level people development expertise without a full-time hire. I become your embedded partner on a repeatable, ongoing basis.
This isn't a one-time engagement. It's a real working relationship: I learn your culture, assess what's missing, build what's needed, and evolve your people development approach over time. Think of it as having a Head of People Development on your team without the full-time cost.
Best fit: Companies with 50–500 employees navigating growth or leadership transition, without a dedicated L&D or people development function.
Available on monthly retainer or structured quarterly engagements.
Service 4: Cross-Cultural & Multicultural Team Development
For organizations with global or multicultural teams where friction, miscommunication, or trust gaps are quietly costing you performance.
I don't just facilitate these conversations. I've lived them. Twenty years of managing and collaborating with teams across India, Poland, Germany, China and the Philippines taught me what cross-cultural friction actually looks like from the inside, and what it takes to move a team through it. I bring that lived experience into every engagement, alongside frameworks like Erin Meyer's Culture Map and Hofstede's cultural dimensions.
Includes: team diagnostics, facilitated sessions, and follow-up consulting. Available as a focused intervention or an ongoing engagement.
Service 5: Organizational Design & Strategy
When a company grows, the org structure that got you here often isn't the one that will get you there. I work with leadership teams on org structure, role clarity, and operating model design for companies navigating growth, change, or post-merger integration. I also facilitate the strategic alignment conversations that have to happen alongside those decisions.
Service 6: Women's Leadership Development
Specialized programs for organizations ready to invest in their women leaders beyond just celebrate them.
This includes ERG programming, pipeline development, coaching, and workshop curricula designed to build real capability and advancement. Backed by Women's Studies training and more than a decade of founding and leading Women's ERGs at three different companies.
Service 7: Process Design & Improvement
When processes break down, it's rarely just a systems problem. It's problem of people and clarity. I work with organizations on workflow definition, process documentation, and operational system design for teams where role confusion and process gaps are limiting performance.
Coaching Note

One-on-one and group coaching available to reinforce behavioral change and support individual leaders through transition, expanded scope, or performance challenges. ICF ACC certification in progress.
