Before I recommend anything, I want to understand what's actually happening in your organization. I want to dig deeper than the symptoms to find the root cause. The Diagnostic is a structured assessment of your team dynamics, leadership EQ, psychological safety, and communication patterns. You walk away with a clear picture of what's going on and a recommended path forward.

The Workshop Series "Lead From Within" : Leadership Development Workshops
This is where the real transformation happens.
Lead From Within is a structured series of five workshops that develops your managers into emotionally intelligent, confident leaders from the inside out. Each session builds on the last, moving your leaders through a journey of self-awareness, self-trust, emotional intelligence, intentional leadership, and team connection.

Inward - Self-awareness, the inner critic, understanding what's really driving your behavior
Grounded - Self-trust, self-compassion, building the inner foundation of a confident leader
Noticed - Emotional intelligence, empathy, and how to make your people feel genuinely seen
Intentional - Delegation, courageous communication, expectation setting, and strategic thinking
Together - Building real team trust, psychological safety, and lasting team connection
Format: 4-5 workshops over 4-8 weeks, in-person or virtual, groups of 8-20
Each session includes: Facilitated workshop + workbook and reflection guide
Best for: Teams of managers who need a shared language, new skills, and a real shift in how they lead and work together.

The Coaching Track "The Inner Leader" : 1-on-1 Leadership Coaching
Some leaders need to go deeper than a group workshop allows.
The Inner Leader is a focused 6-session coaching engagement built around the specific development needs of an individual leader. We go into the inner work — self-trust, self-criticism, emotional intelligence, authentic leadership presence — and translate it directly into how they show up for their team every day.
What's included:
6 x 60-minute 1-on-1 coaching sessions over 6-8 weeks
Personal leadership development plan
Session summaries and reflection prompts
Direct application to their real leadership challenges
Best for: High-potential managers your company wants to invest in. Leaders who surfaced specific development needs in the Diagnostic. Managers stepping into a new or expanded role.
Can be added on to the Workshop Series for leaders who need individual support alongside the group work.
