Discovery Conversation We'll start with a complimentary consultation to explore your goals, challenges, and whether we're the right fit. I believe chemistry matters in coaching, and this conversation helps us both decide if we should work together.

Customized Coaching Plan No two leaders are exactly alike, so no two coaching engagements should be either. Based on your unique situation and objectives, we'll design a coaching plan that meets you where you are and takes you where you want to go.

Regular Sessions Most coaching engagements include bi-weekly or monthly video sessions, with ongoing support between sessions as needed. Sessions are confidential, focused, and designed to move you forward on what matters most.
