Workshops that transform how your leaders show up. Not just what they know.

A good workshop doesn't just teach people things. It shifts something. My workshops are designed around specific outcomes, built for your organizational context, and facilitated in a way that creates the kind of honest, open conversation most teams rarely get to have at work.

Every session is grounded in the IGNITE Framework: my inside-out approach to leadership development that starts with the inner world of the leader and builds outward to team culture.

FOR ORGANIZATIONS READY TO DEVELOP LEADERS WHO ACTUALLY LEAD

The Signature Program

Lead From Within
A Five-Module Leadership Development Journey

This is the heart of my workshop work. Lead From Within is a structured series of five sessions that takes your managers on a developmental journey — from self-awareness all the way through to building a high-trust, high-performing team.

Each module builds on the last. Which means by the time your leaders get to the team-building work, they've already done the inner work that makes it stick.

Module 1 — INWARD Know what's driving you

Before a leader can change how they show up for others, they have to understand how they show up for themselves. This session builds honest self-awareness — helping leaders recognize their inner critic, identify the patterns that are quietly running the show, and understand how their inner world is shaping their leadership.

Most leaders have never been invited to look this closely at themselves in a professional setting. This is where the real work begins.

What leaders walk away with: A clear picture of their own patterns and triggers, language to name their inner critic, and a new lens for understanding why they get the results they keep getting.

The five workshops in the series are part of the IGNITE framework

Module 2 — GROUNDED Trust yourself enough to lead

Awareness without self-compassion becomes self-judgment. This session is where leaders learn to meet themselves with kindness rather than criticism — building the inner foundation of self-trust and self-acceptance that everything else in their leadership depends on.

A grounded leader isn't perfect. They're secure. And that security is what makes bold, compassionate leadership possible.

What leaders walk away with: A personal self-trust practice, tools for working with their inner critic rather than against it, and a new relationship with the fear of failure.

Module 3 — NOTICED See your people so they can see you

A grounded leader becomes a present leader. This session develops emotional intelligence — the ability to read the room, regulate their own emotions, empathize genuinely, and make people feel seen and heard. Leaders who have done the inner work in Modules 1 and 2 naturally become more attuned to others, because they're no longer so consumed by their own inner noise.

What leaders walk away with: Practical EQ tools, a deeper understanding of what their team members actually need from them, and the ability to have real conversations — not just transactional ones.

Module 4 — INTENTIONAL Lead on purpose, not on autopilot

With self-awareness, self-trust, and emotional attunement in place, leaders are ready to lead strategically and deliberately. This is where the behavioral skills most leadership training starts with finally land — because the leader now has the inner foundation to hold them.

This session covers delegation, expectation setting, courageous communication, feedback, goal-setting, and how to prioritize what actually matters.

What leaders walk away with: A delegation framework they'll actually use, a clear approach to expectation setting, the courage to have feedback conversations, and a practical system for prioritizing their time.

Module 5 — TOGETHER Build the team that builds the culture

An intentional leader now turns their full attention outward to building the conditions where their team can thrive. This session is about creating genuine psychological safety, cultivating trust, and developing each person on the team with real intention. The leader stops being the bottleneck and becomes the multiplier.

What leaders walk away with: A clear picture of the trust landscape on their team, practical tools for building psychological safety, and a personal commitment to their team's development.

Cultural Intelligence for Global & Multicultural Teams

For organizations where cross-cultural friction, miscommunication, or trust gaps are quietly costing you performance.

I don't just teach this — I've lived it. Twenty years of managing teams across India, Poland, Germany, China, and the Philippines taught me what cross-cultural friction actually looks like from the inside, and what it takes to move a team through it. I bring that lived experience into every session, alongside frameworks like Erin Meyer's Culture Map.

Best for: Teams navigating international collaboration, recently merged teams with different cultural backgrounds, or organizations expanding into new markets.

Format: 2-3 hours, in-person or virtual. Can be delivered as a standalone session or as part of a broader program.

Life Mapping & Long-Term Planning

A workshop for leaders who are ready to think beyond their current role and build a real vision for where they're going.

Through guided reflection and structured visioning exercises, participants map where they've been, get honest about where they are, and build a concrete plan for where they want to go — professionally and personally. This session is particularly powerful when paired with the inner work from Lead From Within, because leaders who know themselves make far better plans for themselves.

Best for: High-potential leaders you want to invest in, cohorts preparing for expanded responsibility, or any leader at a meaningful inflection point in their career.

Format: Half-day session (3-4 hours), in-person preferred. Includes a personal Life Map workbook participants keep.

What to expect when you bring me in.

Every workshop engagement — whether it's the full Lead From Within series or a standalone session — follows the same approach:

Discovery first. Every engagement starts with a conversation about your context, your people, and what success looks like. I don't design anything until I understand what you actually need.

Built for your reality. Nothing is off-the-shelf. Your industry, your team dynamics, and your specific challenges shape everything I bring into the room.

Facilitation that opens the room. I create the kind of environment where people say things they've never said at work before — honestly, safely, and productively. That's not an accident. It's a facilitation skill I've spent 20 years developing.

Tools they use after they leave. Every session includes a reflection workbook with practical frameworks your leaders can apply immediately — not just concepts to think about.

Follow-on support available. One-on-one coaching is available for any leader who wants to go deeper after a workshop. Many organizations find that pairing a workshop with a short coaching engagement produces significantly better long-term results.

Frequently asked questions

Can we do just one workshop instead of the full series?

Absolutely. A single session is a great way to experience the work before committing to a full program. I'd recommend starting with the module most relevant to your team's current challenge — we can figure that out together on a discovery call. Standalone sessions are also available as a pilot for organizations that want to see the impact before investing in a larger engagement.

How do you customize workshops for our industry or team?

Every engagement starts with a discovery conversation where I learn your context — your industry, your team dynamics, your history, and what success looks like. From there, the content, examples, and facilitation approach are tailored to fit. If you're in manufacturing, we'll speak that language. If your team is multicultural, I'll account for that in how I design and facilitate the room.

What's the difference between the workshops and coaching?

Workshops create shared language and new skills across a group. Coaching goes deeper with an individual — it's where leaders integrate the workshop material into their specific situation, navigate real-time challenges, and do the more personal inner work. They're most powerful together, which is why coaching is available as an add-on to any workshop engagement.
