The Inner Leader
Executive & Leadership Coaching (1-on-1, 6 sessions) — for individual leaders, post-workshop or standalone. Work one-on-one with leaders at every level—from emerging managers to C-suite executives—to unlock your full potential. Together, we'll focus on communication strategies, team performance management, conflict resolution, goal setting, accountability, and stress management to help you lead with confidence and clarity.
Leadership Cohort Coaching
Invest in the next generation of leaders by providing them with leadership coaching - both 1 on 1 and in small groups. I will organize a leadership coaching program for emerging leaders to help prepare your future leaders to tackle business and team challenges.
Workshops create shared language and new skills. Consulting builds systems and structures. Coaching is what sustains and deepens the change at the individual level: helping leaders integrate new behaviors, navigate real-time challenges, and continue growing between and after formal programs.
I offer coaching as a complement to my workshop and consulting work and as standalone support for leaders in transition, expanded roles, or high-stakes situations. My coaching practice is grounded in ICF methodology and informed by behavioral science, psychology, and 20+ years of leading real teams.
