Fix the Root Causes Behind Your Supply Chain Performance Gaps
I help supply chain leaders find what is driving their service, inventory, and execution problems, then build the ownership, governance, and leadership skills that keep results improving.
FOR SUPPLY CHAIN LEADERS WHO WANT FEWER FIRE DRILLS AND STRONGER METRICS
Brands I've Worked With:

Does this sound familiar?
Nobody owns the outcome.
Issues bounce between functions, and the same problems come back every month. I help you define roles and decision rights, escalation paths, and governance models.
Your team is stuck fighting fires.
They react to problems faster than they prevent them. I help you build: proactive risk management, structured root cause analysis, and performance review routines that drive action.
Your leaders need stronger skills to sustain the gains.
Better processes need capable leaders behind them. I help managers build: performance management and accountability, communication and data storytelling, and team development.
The result is clarity, faster decisions, and improvements that last after the engagement ends.
Why I do this work
For 20 years, I led global supply chain operations for brands including McDonald’s, Starbucks, Subway and Chick-Fil-A, working with teams across India, Poland, Germany, and China.
What I learned is that supply chain problems rarely have a single cause. Service failures, inventory shortages, supplier disruptions, and recurring fire drills usually trace back to unclear ownership, fragmented processes, weak governance, and communication gaps.
I find the root causes and build the management systems that keep the fixes in place, combining analytics, process improvement, governance design, leadership development, and change management.
