Led the implementation of a global offshore planning center with 50+ employees, saving $10M in annual OPEX while improving engagement and performance through coaching and development frameworks.
2. Forecasting Transformation at Krispy Kreme
Facilitated cross-functional alignment between Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations during a major brand partnership launch (McDonald’s x Krispy Kreme). Developed collaborative processes and communication rhythms that improved trust and agility.

Mentored participants in leadership cohorts at HAVI and Sears, helping them develop management and interpersonal skills to lead effectively in fast-paced environments.
